Saveline Sweater in Angora and Merino Blend

Our luscious Saveline Sweater is handcrafted from an angora and merino wool blend and will be the softest thing you ever wear! So comfy and cozy, yet so elegant! The oversized design with split sides and dropped back hem makes this design so fun to wear with jeans and boots. It's also gorgeous with a long skirt for holiday festivities. Shown in Natural but this luxurious classic is available in any of our natural shades.

This design requires 88 hours for one woman to knit by hand. This time is not inclusive of the laborious task of creating the yarn and hand dyeing it organically. Please allow 8 weeks for the delivery of this custom-created sweater.

Named after Saveline, one of the first ladies who has been working for Handspun Hope in northern Rwanda since 2008. You can read more about Saveline or any of the other women working for the organization here.

Our sheep receive meticulous 24-hour care so they will continue producing quality fleeces for the ladies working for Handspun Hope. Likewise, our Angora rabbits receive round-the-clock care while living at the Handspun Hope campus.
