Holy Family with Travelers Palm

The island of Madagascar is known for many beautiful flora. One of the most common is the travelers palm, the largest palm tree ever found on the island that spreads out in an enormous fan. We love that the artisan's interpretation of the birth of Jesus Christ is depicted under this very special tree.

Each of the hand carved figures have a peg on their base they will sit firmly on the display board. Each piece, including the palm tree and Joseph's staff come apart for easy storage.
